The Paradox of Truth

One day, a very young boy was walking down a dirt road.  It was getting very late and he knew his mother would be getting worried. An old man with long white hair approached the boy, going in the opposite direction.  The old man asked, "Where are you going, sonny?"  To which, the boy answered, "I am going home."  "Well there's a fork in the road up ahead sonny, be very careful, because there are two beautiful spirits at the fork.  However, one is a bad spirit and is going to lie to you and the other, a good spirit and will tell you the truth," said the old man and he wandered on his way. Now the sun was setting and it was becoming very dark. The boy could hardly see anymore and within a few minutes came to the fork in the road; as the old man had said there were two beautiful, radiant spirits at the fork.  The boy politely asked, "Which way will take me home?"  Both spirits, each pointing to a different road answered, "This road will take you home."

The one statement the boy can make is:

"Spirits, reveal yourselves in the Name of Jesus."

The spirits HAVE to reveal themselves.

If God is speaking to you, you will know.  But if you aren't sure, you can command the spirit reveal itself in the Name of Jesus.
